Ants are us - deciding, adapting, accountable.
Dirt is AI - the manageable asset we pick up, place, and orchestrate toward specific outcomes.
Concrete is reality - conditions that fluctuate with environmental forces we acknowledge, accommodate, and build around. Rarely through.
The successful colony doesn't wait or guess. It tests. Every tunnel is a hypothesis. Every mound is a result that prevented disaster.
Survivors don't have the most intelligence or the best tools. They're the ones who keep moving dirt, assess what holds, and adjust.
That's the system. Build it. Use what exists. Iterate until it works.
