How will usage be captured, rated, and billed? UBP is more complex and data-intensive than subscription pricing, and if you have both, the complexity compounds.

For SaaS businesses where Al does not yet impact core functionality there is no need to rush. A well-conceived and executed Al strategy will resonate better than those hurried to market to leverage the hype.
