Change Step by Step

Everyone has something they want to change. But change is hard. 

Often, we persuade and pressure and push, but nothing moves. Successful change isn’t about pushing harder or exerting more energy. It’s about removing barriers. Overcoming resistance by reducing friction and lowering the hurdles to action. Instead of asking, “How could I change someone’s mind?” ask different questions: “Why haven’t they changed already? What’s stopping them?” "Who is willing to change?"
